Frequently asked questions

Are you available outside regular business hours?

Yes. We consider early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday transportation when scheduled in advance. We know life doesn’t always fit into a 9–5 schedule, and we do our best to accommodate dependable, pre-arranged rides when possible.

Do you provide on-demand or same-day rides?

No. All rides are scheduled in advance. We focus on pre-arranged transportation so we can provide dependable, consistent service.

What areas do you serve?

We serve rural Manitowoc, Calumet, Sheboygan, and Fond du Lac Counties. If you’re unsure whether your location falls within our service area, please reach out.

What types of appointments or activities do you transport to?

We provide transportation to medical appointments, therapy visits, work and day programs, school or vocational programs, sports practices and tournaments, community activities, and other scheduled destinations.

Do you offer wait-and-return rides?

Yes. Wait-and-return rides are available when scheduled in advance.

Can transportation be funded through a support program?

Transportation services may be arranged through self-directed or long-term care support programs, including Medicaid-supported programs such as IRIS. We also work with families arranging transportation privately.

Are drivers background-checked?

Yes. All drivers are background-checked and committed to providing safe, respectful transportation.

Do you transport wheelchairs?

At this time, we do not operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Riders must be able to enter and exit the vehicle independently.

How far in advance should rides be scheduled?

We recommend scheduling as early as possible to ensure availability. Because we limit weekly ride volume to maintain reliability, advance notice is required.

How do I schedule a ride?

You can call or email us to discuss availability and transportation needs. We’re happy to walk you through the process.
